ABOUT MRS. SHELTON

Background

Graduating from Scio High School many years ago gave me a true appreciation for the benefits of attending a small high school. Scio High School is a great place where people know and care about you. Upon graduation, I attended Linfield College where I studied abroad in France and completed a BA in Fine Arts. The film industry was my next adventure. I spent years working to help create sets for movies, commercials and occasionally an opera, taking time off to travel Europe, Central America and parts of the United States. Now, having finished my MA of Ed., I am teaching Art at SHS. After going out and exploring the world, I love being back where I started.
